What's it all about? Part 2


Entertainment for all the family: Much more than just international golf action, the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters brings a range of family fun to Doha. World-famous reggae band UB40 featuring Ali Campbell, Astro and Micky, will perform a range of their hits in the public village on Friday 23 January as part of the event’s evening entertainment.

In addition, the ever-popular Golf Trick Shot Boys will return to entertain kids and adults alike with their action-packed daily golf show. The Family Zone on the lawn beside the clubhouse will allow kids of all ages to try out a range of sports including mini basketball, mini tennis, mini golf and mini soccer alongside gourmet food offerings. The Shopping Boulevard is an exciting and new addition to the event. With a wide selection of accessories, apparel and other exhibitions, the boulevard will be a four-day shopping hotspot.


Crèche: A crèche for corporate hospitality clients and sponsors will be operation on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 January from 9am – 5pm.  The crèche shall be open for children aged 2-10 years.  Children may stay at the crèche for a maximum of 2 hours per day.


Public Village:The Public Village is located to the 9th Fairway of the Academy Course, providing a shopping boulevard experience for exhibitors, with a wide selection of accessories, apparel, and other exhibitions.  The boulevard will be a four-day shopping hotspot.
